Surveys of patient experience were also included in the research. Hospital satisfaction, hospital recommendation, and satisfaction with medical care are examples of survey topics. Newsweek also used key performance indicators (KPIs) on hospitals. The data includes information on the quality of treatment and hygiene measures.
