An Update From Us on COVID-19

| March 25, 2020
To all Exergen Industrial Distributors and Customers:

First of all, we hope you are safe and healthy.

Since Coronavirus (Covid-19) broke at the end of January, we were doing our utmost to keep business on track.

The Coronavirus outbreak, which is severely affecting business operations around the globe, was recently declared a global pandemic by the World Health Organization.

On March 23rd, Charlie Baker, the governor of the state of Massachusetts placed an order requiring all “nonessential” businesses in the state to close or operate remotely.

The order requires all nonessential companies and organizations to close their physical workplaces and facilities to workers, customers, and the general public from Tuesday, March 24, at noon until Tuesday, April 7, also at noon.

Our factory manufactures medical products that are essential in helping the medical world combat Covid-19. However, industrial products are not essential. Therefore, we are not able to deliver industrial products for at least the next 2 weeks. We will only be able to ship products that are already complete and hope to be back manufacturing after the mandatory shutdown is over on April 7th.

Our industrial division staff will have duties switched over to assist the medical division. And will be available to answer questions on a minimal level during the shutdown.

The world needs medical supplies now that Exergen can and will deliver.

We will be back delivering industrial products as soon as possible. And if any customers are requiring IRt/c's in a medical product that is also crucial at this time to fight COVID-19, please send us a letter stating that they are essential and we will do our part to provide the product that they need.
Be safe and stay strong during this difficult time. When it's all over we will be better and stronger! We are all in this together! Thank you!
