| The LighTouch LTX Ear Thermometers accurately measure temperature at the outer part of the ear canal incorporating a patented arterial heat balance (AHB) method. The standard model has a large rounded stainless steel probe tip that never enters the ear canal, for optimum patient comfort, with a recommended age range of 3 years and up. The Pedi-Q has a smaller rounded probe tip, and is sized for use on all pediatric patients. Both models require disposable probe wrap (#128800) or full sheath (#129462). |
