To qualify you must send your ear thermometer to us along with the rebate card. There is no limit to the ear thermometers that you can "retire" and receive $50.00 by purchasing additional TAT-5000 Promo Packs: for each TAT-5000 purchased and ear thermometer retired you will receive $50.00.

FREE TAT-2000C Home Model Temporal Artery Thermometer with prior purchase.

If you have already purchased a TAT-5000 prior to this promotion you qualify for a FREE TAT-2000C Home Model Temporal Artery Thermometer. You can call EXERGEN at 1-800-422-3006 or email medical@exergen.com for details or fill out the following form and either fax (617-923-9911) or mail it to EXERGEN with proof* of purchase of your TAT-5000 purchase and we will send you a FREE TAT-2000C thermometer.

To qualify for the $50 rebate you must purchase a TAT-5000 promotional pack. Click for details.

*proof of purchase can consist of copy of sales invoice or flap with thermometer serial number clipped from the box. You can also, if you do not still have the box, write the serial number onto office letterhead and send it in with the FREE TAT-2000C Request Form.
