Along with the local distributors we have Factory Authorized IRt/c Representatives. The Reps are paid commission for all business in the territory and don't carry any stock. OEM's contact the local rep for product samples, demos, local support, and custom Factory Direct Quotations. They are also responsible for managing and recruiting distributors.
